PA to managing director role. Based in the head office of a successful, expanding company in West Bromwich. This role is supporting the dynamic, up-beat managing director of a very successful family run business.

This role involves supporting the MD with the day to day running of the company. You will be in charge of managing diaries, emails, board materials and travel arrangements. You will also have responsibilities such as minute taking, communicating with suppliers and compiling reports.

The ideal candidate will be professional and proactive, with great communication and decision making skills. You will need to work well in a team environment and also have a keen eye for detail. You must be business aware, able to judge situations and communications, and prioritise them appropriately with regards to the MD’s attention. Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a PA role is needed. Experience with IT and filing systems desired.

This role has very flexible hours,  working from home one day a week. Most of the staff are fulltime in the office for good office vibe. Hours usually 9-5 with half an hour with lunch, but happy to accommodate other commitments. Early finish on a Friday. £28-33K
