A renowned education provider is looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised HR Recruitment Officer to join their HR Team, based at their agricultural site. This exciting temporary role will be responsible for sourcing good quality candidates as well as the co-ordination of their recruitment and selection for the organisation. Key responsibilities include:

• Co-ordinating recruitment activities including updating job specifications and producing job adverts
• Identifying and sourcing potential candidates who are suitable to the needs of the organisation
• Communicating effectively with prospective candidates to ensure the delivery of a smooth client experience
• Managing departmental spending to adhere to budgets

The organisation is looking for a candidate with previous experience working in a recruitment-based environment, with the ability to work with databases to capture and report on information. Excellent IT skills are also essential and the ideal candidate will be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, in particular Excel. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
