A nationally-ranked, executive recruitment firm with offices based in Birmingham City Centre are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic candidate to support their Consultants with the generation and management of candidates for client assignments. This is a fantastic opportunity within a forward-thinking and rapidly-growing company with plenty of room for progression. The key responsibilities of this role are:

• Expanding the firm’s client and candidate database through targeted outreach
• Liaising with desirable candidates to determine suitability and availability
• Communicating regularly with Consultants to ensure a smooth client experience
• Preparing weekly Client Progress Reports
• Monitoring the current market and giving feedback to key stakeholders

The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, both written and verbally, and will thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. They will also be methodical and structured with excellent attention to detail.
