Graduate Level Property Administrator - Global Real Estate Company (ID:7936)
A globally renowned real estate company with offices based
in Birmingham City Centre are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic candidate
to join their Asset Services team. This graduate-level position will focus on
delivering exceptional client service whilst also assisting Directors with day-to-day
administration tasks. The key responsibilities of the role are as follows:
Maintaining
client relationships and issuing advice in a professional and punctual manner
Updating internal marketing database
Working collaboratively within
the team to generate new ideas and manage existing portfolios
Developing internal and external
network to ensure pipeline of opportunities
Communicating with other teams
within the company to maximise client experience
Contributing to overall departmental
fee/billing targets
The ideal candidate will be someone with previous experience
working in administration, preferably within a corporate environment, and will
have some knowledge of the real estate industry sector. They will be a skilled
communicator, both written and verbal, and will have strong numerical skills
with financial awareness. You must a valid drivers license.
