Office Co-ordinator for Tech Business (ID:7378)
A global tech business based near Solihull is seeking a dynamic Sales Support Coordinator to work alongside the Director and track deals across the organisation. As an innovative and forward-thinking business, the successful individual will be driven, full of new ideas and commercially astute.
The role will
multi-faceted. Firstly, you will be monitoring diaries, attending meetings,
collating agendas and organising the content for board reports. Alongside this, you will be
involved in:
o Attending
meetings regularly and providing valuable contributions
o Managing the administrative running
of the office e.g., external suppliers, internal stock
o Managing travel and accommodation
o Meeting and greeting clients
o PA support
o Dealing with expenses and providing
reporting and presentations
Applicants will have
previous administration experience. You will have good data-skills, confidence
in using IT systems and ability to
organise effectively.
