Team Administrator for Pubic Sector Organisation (ID:7292)
We are currently working on a
fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, growing team within a public sector
organisation, as a Team Administrator for an initial period of 6 months, progressing
into a permanent position. This is the ideal role if you have prior
administration experience and want to further your career, and will be working on a hybrid basis, with 2-3 days a week in the Birmingham office.
Duties will include:
Supporting Director to provide a
proactive service to internal & external stakeholders
Providing effective support to the
wider team
Assisting with the co-ordination and
servicing of meetings, including preparing relevant resources, preparing and
distributing action notes, and registering attendees
Diary and inbox management
Coordinating travel &
accommodation arrangements for internal & external meetings/events
Producing and maintaining working
documents, utilising Microsoft Office packages
Maintaining and updating systems,
documents and distribution lists as required
Ensuring compliance with data
protection and management policies at all times
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Supporting the development of new
processes and management reporting, in order to achieve consistency across the
Directorate including storage, filing & archiving as required
The ideal candidate for this role will have similar previous
experience, and be keen to hit the ground running in a new role within a busy
team. You will be able to work on your own initiative, effectively prioritising
your workload in order to consistently meet deadlines without compromising the
quality of your work; and have strong Microsoft Office skills. If you are

This is a full-time, temporary
position, based in Birmingham, and is paying £10 - £12 per hour.
