We are looking for an experienced legal PA for a fantastic full-time opportunity within a high-end Birmingham City Centre based firm. This is an opportunity within a fast-paced and exciting department. We are looking for someone immediately available for a 12 month fixed term contract. You will be responsible for the following duties:

·         Offering expert and efficient administrative support to the full team including diary and inbox management, and coordination of travel arrangements

·         Successful liaison with clients via telephone and email

·         Working professionally as part  of the wider team with a meticulous eye for detail

·         Organisation of case bundles and management of in-house case systems

·         Assisting with billing

·         Legal Administration tasks

The successful applicant would ideally possess experience within a  commercial capacity and must be an experienced Legal PA or experience within a professional services environment. This role will be based on a full-time working week and will be a hybrid role.
