Global Employee Relations Manager (ID:7274)
An international HR consultancy who are rapidly expanding
based in Birmingham are currently seeking an experienced, proactive and innovative
Global Employee Relations Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
This is a truly unique opportunity for someone with a track record within Employee
Relations specifically to help shape the business.
Providing support to a Global HR Director, the successful
candidate will be responsible for working across 65 plus countries, assisting
and taking ownership with all of the transfers of staff internationally and to deliver
excellent and accurate documentation to clients. You will be reviewing the
employment rules around business transfers in one country one day and
conducting a TUPE process in the UK the next. Initially this role will be
project based but as time progress so will the role. Further to providing
excellent ER support to clients, you will also be managing a small team of ER
consultants.
The successful candidate MUST have prior experience within Employee
Relations experience specifically and ideally have experience working
internationally though this is not essential. You will have a solid HR background
and be comfortable working within a busy, results driven environment. Ideally you
will have prior people management experience. This role is a full time, permanent
