Sales Support Co-ordinator for Entrepreneurial Business (ID:7232)
My client is an innovative, fresh entrepreneurial start up who are growing from strength to strength. Due to an internal promotion an opportunity has arisen for an Innovative, commercially astute and fun Sales Support Co-ordinator to support their busy Directors. This role will be a mix of home and office. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual looking to build on existing experience. The successful candidate can put their stamp on the role and really take charge of their career. The responsibilities of the role include:
Provision of new client and contract assistance in line with the sales process
Ensure timely submission of client data across new and existing business opportunities
- Issuing and amending contracts and reporting
Handling incoming queries and redirecting appropriately including product licensing and renewals
Validate, distribute and track regional purchase orders and feedback to Sales Support Manager
Coordinate legal activities across non-revenue generating activities and managing the CRM
Act as an escalation point to and from Product Support through liaison with appropriate individuals.
The successful applicant will have previous administration experience and exceptional communication skills. You will have a positive attitude towards work and problem solving is essential.
