My client is a global professional services firm with a solid reputation for delivering exceptional high levels of service to their clients all over the world. An opportunity has arisen for a Finance Client Team manager to join their Birmingham office. This role is ideal for anyone who has managed a team in a financial services/banking/auditing type background.

The role will be managing a team of 4 Client Executives who essentially manage major billing and financial reporting for their international clients. The role will be to manage the team to deliver high levels of service to clients.

You will:

• Manage the day to day running of the team and
• Ensuring all team billing processes and KPIs are adhered to
• Weekly and monthly reporting
• Managing stakeholder relationships
• Managing resource and any escalated issues which may involve complex problem solving.
• Ensuring financial hygiene and system management
• Managing high level client relationships.

Applicants will have experience of managing a team in a financial services or billing type environment. Strong analysis and reporting skills are also key. This role is hybrid working and offers fantastic benefits and development opportunity.
