Senior Administrator / Report Writer

have a great opportunity for you!
Our client is a successful, industry specialist and are looking for a strong administrator to work within their business. Their team of friendly, client-oriented professionals deliver market-leading reports and estimating services for their clients. Each client has their own service level agreements and the reports are tailored to suit their needs and requirements. This role involves collating all information from site investigations and then constructing a repair method of costings using Excel and their own bespoke, high level software.
You’ll be liaising with customers, surveyors, site agents and project managers to collate the information, so great communication skills are also needed to be successful in this role. You must also have proven experience of detail oriented administration and great problem solving skills along with a methodical approach and enjoy working with figures. Any experience of claims or working with contractors would also be a bonus.
The role is offering a salary of circa £25,000 plus benefits with parking available, based on the East side of Birmingham.
