Property Administrator (ID:7076)
We are seeking an energetic and proactive individual to support a close-knit team within a FTSE 250 company based just outside Birmingham City Centre. The successful individual must have previous experience within a team support role and be familiar with the property sector. This is an initial 6 months FTC paying up to £30K with full hybrid working. The successful applicant will be expected to carry out the following duties along with other ad hoc tasks:
Professional management of multiple inboxes including response to correspondence and access to documents for meeting preparation purposes
Coordination of meetings around the UK both internally and with potential clients including organisation of conference calls within the UK and overseas.
Expert document production on behalf of the team including amending contracts and report writing
Travel arrangements including preparation of itineraries and accommodation bookings
Assist with health and safety reports, holiday requests, and absence cover
Possess insight into the function of the company and roles of team members
This is initially a 6 month contract with the possibility of onwards extension.
Parking is available onsite and the office is located near an easily accessible train station. Successful candidates will ideally have exposure to the property sector and solid administration, database and CRM experience.
