Graduate Level Recruitment Resourcer (ID:7075)
Are you a recruiter and take real pride in finding the right person for a role? We have a fantastic opportunity within a unique Birmingham based business. This role will require you to focus on high level roles within the business whilst managing relationships with internal clients. You must have previous experience within a high-touch candidate focussed role. You will be required to carry out the following:
Proactively headhunt suitable candidates through multi-media channels whilst forging and developing professional and informative relationships
Work closely with internal stakeholders in order to create candidate briefs
Utilise and develop existing market maps and databases in order to recognise and report on market trends and opportunities
Liaise with talent acquisition within the business in order to share knowledge as well as understand future needs
Creation of blogs and insight pieces for the social media and PR channels in order to raise brand profile both locally and nationally
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with an excellent knowledge and a desire to develop their career in recruitment within a high-end in-house capacity. You must possess the relevant experience and be prepared to commute to Birmingham city centre.
