Graduate Researcher (ID:7056)
My client is an international brand with a high-profile
reputation in their field. A new opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Researcher
to join their expanding Research and Resourcing team
This role will support multiple consultants across key
sectors including:
·
Government & Healthcare
·
Oil and Gas
·
Aerospace and Engineering
·

·
Life Sciences
Your role will be to create and support the growth of talent
pools working closely with consultants to identify key areas and gaps. This will
entail managing the existing talent database but also working with LinkedIn to
identify and build relationships with key contacts. You will attend briefing
and calls with Senior Consultants and have strategy meetings to identify key
areas for future planning.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to write content
for social media and run, attend and manage key candidate events and workshops across
all sectors.
Applicants will ideally be having a Degree or equivalent and
have a real passion for research. Recruitment experience is also a bonus,
particularly for those who love the candidate’s side but are keen to steer away
from business development. The company offers a great career path in research with
an annual bonus.
