A hugely successful organisation within professional services is looking for a switched on and meticulous Senior Payroll Specialist to join the wider Global Operations team immediately on a FTC basis (up to 6 months). This is the ideal opportunity for someone who is currently working within Payroll and ideally has prior Payroll leadership or management experience looking to get back into work ASAP! You must have prior experience handling manual payrolls of around 2500 people and be competent with SAP.  This role will initially be working from home but will be looking to move into the office once restrictions are lifted. This is a full time role paying circa £30K.

Working alongside the Payroll Service Manager and a supporting team you will process the monthly UK and International payrolls:

·         Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all areas of the operation

·         Administer benefits e.g. childcare vouchers, pensions, season ticket loans

·         Payroll reconciliations

·         Liaison with International Mobility team for any overseas assignments

·         Meet all SLA’s

This business offers a fantastic working environment, excellent support and development opportunities. You will be able to demonstrate previous payroll experience, knowledge of SAP along side good working knowledge of Pensions Auto Enrolment, RTI, Salary Sacrifice, SSP, SMP, SPP etc.

Strong IT skills are desirable, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word.
