A leading Birmingham based are currently seeking a talented Team
Assistant to support the EA to the CEO. This is a permanent role, offering a salary
of up to £22,000, and offers excellent personal development!

Within this varied and fast-paced role, there will be a range
of responsibilities, including:

Diary management; scheduling meetings and
appointments, booking rooms/ setting up MS Teams, liaising directly with external
contacts and hosting them at the offices as necessary.

Emails; managing the executive office mailbox and
dealing with requests as they come in including dealing with travel requests and
expenses.

Board Meetings; alongside the EA preparing any
material prior to internal meetings, producing reports, creating presentations
and slide packs for meetings, attending the SMT meetings and taking minutes/
action points.

Documents and reports; creating and drafting presentations
for external meetings using PowerPoint and Excel. A creative flair and ability
to create professional documents is highly desirable. An intermediate knowledge
of Excel is useful but not essential but the ability to collate a clear and succinct
report is key

Managing incoming calls for the SMT; answering
calls professionally and politely, passing calls to the appropriate person,
dealing with all enquiries.

General office management; being the central point
of support for the office, liaising the building managers and external contactors
to ensure the running on the office on a day to day basis.
As the ideal candidate, you must possess some office support
experience. You must have excellent communication skills, both written and
verbal, and be confident to deal with senior stakeholders as you will be
working at c-suite level and dealing with members of the senior leadership team
and board on daily basis. Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office
packages including PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. A desire to learn and develop
in the role of a PA the ability to work in a busy team, prioritising work
efficiently and with ease.
