We are looking for a high-energy, intuitive and hard-working individual for a fantastic office management opportunity in a growing city centre based business. This company boast a lively and sociable working environment as well as fantastic benefits. This role is fully office based working Monday to Friday 9.30am until 5.30pm. We are looking for someone ideally in possession of existing office management experience including the coordination of a full office move! You will be responsible for the following, amongst other ad hoc duties: 

  • Day-to-day office management including stock control, client services, supplier liaison 

  • Facilities management including understanding of all lease agreements and renewals 

  • Development of CRM systems as well as an understanding of all business IT elements including Microsoft Office 

  • Ownership of HR and recruitment processes 

  • Operating in a highly confidential nature in regards to all business support needs 

  • Supporting with all IT issues 

  • Line management of a client service team. 

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong working knowledge of a busy office environment, ideally with prior professional services experience.
