Temporary IT Helpdesk Support (ID:6235)
We are currently seeking a highly personable individual with
a strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications, most importantly Excel. A
fantastic City Centre based IT company is looking for a Helpdesk/Customer
Service Administrator with an excellent telephone manner and keen eye for
detail. This company are just a short walking distance from all major transport
links and boast a lively and proactive working environment. This role is an initial
temporary role on an ongoing basis paying ?10 to ?13 per hour.
The role itself will involve dealing with customer and client
queries in a professional manner and appropriately manage the situation bearing
in mind that queries will vary. It is important that the successful applicant
will have the confidence to be able to immediately deal with or escalate the
query as appropriate. The role will involve Excel based queries and therefore
an advanced understanding of Excel is essential!
You must have a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in a related and
relevant subject. You must be available for an immediate start and be a tech
savvy individual.
