Part-time hours - Thursday & Friday

3 month fixed term contract - with view to extend

£19,000 pro-rata (approximately £7,500 take home)

Katie Bard are seeking experienced Administrators for a new-brand role based at one of Manchester's leading professional services organisations, who have global coverage and a very reputable client base. The ideal candidate will have had prior exposure in a Post / Print Room / Mail Room environment but those with strong Administration skills will also be considered. 

Key responsibilities include...
  • Managing high volume copying, binding, collating and laminating of documentation upon request of the fee-earning and business support teams
  • Reprographic work, including scanning of large documents
  • Ordering stationery, and adherence & implementation of full storage processes
  • Booking and liaising with couriers and delivery services
  • Sorting, separating and distributing post for the firm
  • Managing stakeholder relationships
