EA to CEO of Education Establishment (ID:6177)
A Birmingham
based educational business is looking for a proactive and experienced PA to
support their CEO in a varied and fast-paced full time role. You must possess
professional experience within a EA capacity and ideally specifically within
the education sector. This business boasts fantastic benefits as well as an
inclusive working environment. Your responsibilities will include:

Expert levels of diary management, scheduling, travel and accommodation
booking, and making appropriate arrangements for all meetings
·
Taking minutes at meetings, ideally using shorthand but not essential,
as well as producing and collating board packs
·
Efficient and effective liaise with both internal and external parties
on behalf of the SMT whilst acting in a confidential and respectful way
·
Audio and copy-typing as well as other word processing utilising various
IT packages including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
·
Ensure contractual compliance for legal and financial purposes through
the upkeep and maintenance of records and files
·
Engagement in performance management and training and development
opportunities
·
Involvement in the businesses events calendar and website updates
You
must possess experience in all of the above listed responsibilities as well as
possess competencies in minute taking, audio typing and stake holder
relationship management alongside experience in supporting a CEO is essential! You
must also possess an excellent grasp of all IT packages as well as literacy and
numeracy skills. This is a 6 month contract opportunity and therefore you must
be available for an immediate start. This business is located near the Solihull
area.
