A fantastic charitable organisation based just outside of Birmingham City Centre is looking for an individual with all round coordination skills for a contract opportunity within the business. Within this role you will be accountable to the businesses CEO and must be happy to adapt to a changing environment and varied responsibilities. Alongside elements of PA support you will also be responsible for the Project Coordination function. Your responsibilities will include:

·         Management of the events calendar including sourcing venues and suppliers, coordinating budgets, and administering project work

·         Full admin support to departmental functions

·         Coordinating of meetings, managing inboxes, processing expenses

·         First point of contact for clients

·         Support to the CEO involving some elements of diary management, travel bookings and email management

·         Coordination of meetings including minute taking and following up on action points

·         Assistance in the membership process such as database management, research projects, and event engagement

·         Management of the marketing plan for the business including writing and producing of the monthly newsletter and adding to the website

 

This is a full time permanent role but candidates will also be considered on a temp to perm basis.  You will ideally possess experience within the education sector and must have knowledge of a projects function within a business. There is parking on site and this location is easily accessible from Birmingham City Centre.
