Business Support Administrator (With Events & Marketing) for Charity (ID:5830)
Birmingham-based educational charities have a new and
exciting opportunity for a Central Support Administrator to provide support to
the Leadership team and be involved in wider duties such as events and
projects. This role pays between £23,000 and £25500 per annum.
The role is diverse and very busy so requires a proactive
individual who can think ahead and juggle multiple tasks. The role will entail:

Organising and attending events
·
Being the first point of contact for queries and
acting as an ambassador for the business
·
Managing student processes and recruitment
programmes
·
Working with the marketing manager to update
content and other projects across the business
·
Maintaining social media for the business
·
Managing diaries, travel, and itineraries for the
leadership team
·
Producing reports and presentations
·
Support with company business planning and compliance.
Applicants will have previous administration/project support
experience. Experience within the public/Third sector or education would be an advantage
although not essential.
