Customer Service Manager for Innovative Business (ID:5808)
A unique organisation based in South Birmingham are seeking
a quality focused, driven and articulate Customer Service Manager to join their
close-knit team on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will
be responsible for managing and working strategically with outsourced providers
to ensure they adhere to brand standards and KPIs alongside working seamlessly how
they can improve and provide the best service possible. This role is perfect
for someone who has previous people management or manged relationships with
outsourced providers before. This role will be a mixture between home and
office working and is full time, permanent. The company boast a great company

Day to day, you will be directly responsible for managing 2
other staff members alongside working closely and leading outsourced customer
service providers who are based across the globe. You will quality check all
work, regularly reviewing their work, managing your own work load, resolving
customer issues in a timely manner, managing budgets, analysing any customer trends,
regularly reporting alongside ad hoc tasks. A key aspect to the role is
ensuring all social media channels are ran smoothly including Facebook, Instagram
and WhatsApp alongside thinking strategically as to how to improve processes.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience within a Customer
Service Management role and must have exposure working with outsourced partners.
You must also have solid experience working with Social Media channels and excellent
written skills and attention to detail. In addition, you must have a passion
for providing the best quality service to all customers, excellent
communication and administrative skills.
