Part- Time Standalone HR Generalist - FTC (ID:5801)
A forward-thinking business based just South of Birmingham
City Centre are seeking a dynamic, versatile and adaptable HR Generalist to
support a busy, global team on an initial 9 months FTC, covering Maternity on a
part time basis working 2 and half to 3 and half days a week. This is a truly unique
opportunity for someone with solid HR Generalist/ Advisor experience keen to
further their career within a global environment. The successful candidate will
work in a standalone capacity and thus the successful candidate must have experience
working autonomously or within a small team. This is a part time, 9 months FTC
role paying circa £26K pro rata and will be a mixture between home and office
working.
The successful candidate will have HR experience supporting at
a director level, ideally with some exposure to working on an international
scale alongside some prior experience advising on ER cases across the board.
Further to this, you will support with the full employee lifecycle, managing
the recruitment, onboarding and offboarding process. You will have budgetary responsibilities,
acting as the first point of contact for all HR queries, managing all
administration and CRM systems.
The ideal candidate will have extensive standalone HR
experience alongside exposure to the ER process. You will be comfortable
working autonomously alongside communicating with senior stakeholders and
directors. You must have excellent administration skills, solid MS Office
knowledge and ability to build up a great rapport. As this role is a FTC, the
ideal candidate will be immediately available and happy to commit to the full
duration of the contract.
