Inhouse Recruiter (ID:5631)
Are you an experienced legal recruiter looking to move in
house with a global firm? We are working with a leading business who are
looking for a new recruiter in their expanding team.
You will be part of a busy and high achieving resourcing team and will work directly with your team of recruitment consultants and internal clients to build job descriptions and formulate recruitment campaigns in order attract the best talent in their area. This role is the lynch pin in providing proactive resourcing and you will be adept at building a strong candidate portfolio through excellent relationship management and intelligent marketing. Working on vacancies across the UK offices from entry level roles up to experienced hire this role will also provide the analytics and reporting for the recruitment team so being a strong user of recruitment technology and having some exposure to an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter would be advantageous.
