Customer Service Administrator- ASAP start (ID:5624)
A market leading organisation based near Solihull are
seeking several customer service professionals to join their team on a full-time
permanent basis to help establish their brand-new service desk team. This company
are seeking proactive, forward thinking and customer focused individuals who
love to go above and beyond for customers with a real emphasis on quality
rather than quantity.
Day to day you will be responsible for handling incoming
calls, resolving any queries on a first line basis, managing CRM systems, liaising
with internal stakeholders alongside handling complaints and trying to resolve
to the best of your capacity.
The ideal candidates for this role will have proven office
based customer service experience whether that be call centre, administrative,
cabin crew or similar. You must have a proactive, engaging and strong sense of
initiative alongside be comfortable with the high volumes nature to this role.
This role is working across Monday to Sunday on a 4 on, 4
off basis and you must be available between the hours of 8am and 8pm on these
days. Due to the location it is strong recommended that you have access to a
car for this role.
