One of the UK’s leading financial service companies located in Warwickshire to join their legal team as a Grad Calibre Administrator. This is a full time temporary role starting ASAP, most likely until the end of year, consequently this would suit a recent graduate looking to gain commercial experience.  The company itself is a really great company to work for and they treat their staff amazingly well and offer brilliant progression.

The role itself is a great role and the overall purpose of this role is to provide general administration and co-ordination to change programme and project support tools to ensure that all standards and methods are aligned to best practise.

Other duties will include:

·         Managing a central inbox

·         Screening calls, taking messages and signposting correctly

·         Analysing Data, reporting on trends

·         Using Excel on a daily basis

·         Going through documentation, extracting relevant information.

·         Deliver short term one off projects and activities as required by and to the standards and outcomes agreed with management.

The ideal candidate will have some experience of analytical work and ideally some experience working within professional office based setting. Being proficient in MS Office is essential, particularly Excel  and so is the ability to be accurate and show attention to detail. More important is having the most positive attitude and the ability to work hard.
