Customer Complaints Handler for Growing Company - Near Solihull (ID:5007)
A market leading organisation based near Solihull are seeking several Complaints Handlers to join a brand-new team on a full time, permanent basis. This is a truly unique opportunity for someone with a proven track record within Customer Service and handling of complex complaints to come in and help establish and set up processes and procedures. Day to day you will be responsible for handling large volumes of complex complaints, writing reports and letters, using inhouse CRM systems to investigate any issues, liaising with customers and stakeholders alongside demonstrate a passion for customer service and problem solving. You will be happy speaking to customers over the phone and via email/ letter alongside have a proactive approach to work.
The successful candidate will have a track record in a similar role and be able to demonstrate their experience of working on complex complaints. You will have strong IT skills, including MS Office, excellent time management and an analytical approach to work. Ideally you will have experience in helping to set up a new customer service team and setting up new processes and procedures.
This role is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week, with the occasional weekend work on a rota basis.
