An organisation passionate about making a difference is seeking a Legal Casework Administrator to assist with their client work and sensitive projects. As a business that encourages personal development and learning, the successful individual will be nurtured and trained to a high standard! Not far from Harborne, the small admin team is close-knit, friendly and down to earth.

The role will primarily involve:

Handling phone calls from solicitors and guiding them through the website.
Monitoring the busy inbox and formulating grammatically correct emails.
Speaking with internal and external clients on a regular basis.
Uploading case files and assigning them to the correct individual.
Understanding legal processes and handling sensitive data.
Coordinating reports and chasing any missing documents.

This is a busy and demanding role, ideal for someone who enjoys juggling multiple tasks at once, prioritising and working to a fast pace. You must be diplomatic, emotionally resilient and professional in order to succeed in this role. If you are looking for a meaningful and rewarding role, this may be the opportunity for you.

The successful Legal Casework Administrator will have good office-based experience, excellent typing and writing ability alongside a knack for good customer service. Ideally you will be academically bright and naturally resilient!

This role would not suit a law graduate looking to progress into fee-earning. If you are keen to establish yourself in administration long-term this may be a great opportunity.
