We are currently recruiting for a fantastic Office Manager to take on the administration for a brilliant architecture firm who are in need of support due to their recent growth. This is an exciting opportunity for somebody to come in and make the position their own, managing a team of around 15 people in their office in Birmingham.

Duties will include:

General office maintenance such as ordering supplies, answering phones, and meeting and greeting visitors

Diary management for office and directors

PA duties to directors including inbox and expenses management

Maintain office policies and manuals, and manage project appointments document

Assist with recruitment, onboarding new starters, and implementing training

Organise internal and external events including drinks & lunch meetings

Maintaining staff handbook, updating to reflect any changes in employment legislation

Assist with marketing such as bid management including document preparation and collation, maintaining opportunities tracker and phoning to arrange diary appointments

 

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous Office Manager experience, preferably managing a similar small office, and be keen to bring your personality and ideas to a growing team. You will have great organisational and time management skills, and be able to bring new ideas and processes as the team continues to grow.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, based in their office in Birmingham, and is paying £30-35k annually.
