A fantastic firm with offices in the heart of Birmingham is looking for an experienced Senior Paralegal with extensive experience within Conveyancing and ideally Plot Sales or Social Housing Experience. Working as part of a busy and professional team, you will be responsible for a varied and growing workload. Working as part of this well established team you will be responsible for the following:

·         Undertaking a range or complex routine work for local government clients

·         Handling work from start to finish.

·         Completing SDLT forms and land registry applications and requisitions

·         Manage your own caseload and time management

·         Expert drafting of a range of transactional documents including lease and license renewals, sales and acquisitions.

·         Management of other members of the team in order to ensure post-completion processes and tasks are completed in a timely manner.

·         Professional liaison with clients in order to ensure relationships are maintained.

You must possess experience within a similar role and be looking to continue your career in a purely paralegal capacity and feel happy to work under tight time constraints. You must possess an excellent level of written English and IT literacy, be degree educated and have a proven track record of providing high quality service to all clients. You must have experience supporting a number of fee earners, conveyancing (within plot sales or acquisitions).
