HR Manager/ Senior HR Advisor for Global Firm (Stand Alone Role) (ID:4673)
A global organisation based near Solihull are seeking a proactive, dynamic, and forward-thinking HR Manager/ Senior Advisor to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a truly unique opportunity for someone who has got proven HR experience or someone who is a Senior Advisor looking to take the step up. This role is a standalone role so the successful candidate must be comfortable with working in an autonomous environment and is happy to take on the more challenging senior level tasks but also their own administration alongside this.
Day to day you will be responsible for taking full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle including, onboarding, recruiting, changes to contracts and the offboarding process. Further to this, supporting line managers with advising on all ER issues, including all administration surrounding, sickness, grievances and disciplinaries. In addition, you can ensure the smooth delivery of wider HR projects including salary reviews, learning and development, the performance review process. Overall, the successful candidate will ensure full working legal compliance across the group.
The ideal candidate will also support with the administration of the monthly payroll including ensuring the correct pension allocations, consequently someone with prior payroll experience would be desirable. The successful candidate MUST have a proven track record at a senior level within HR, ideally CIPD level 5 qualified as a minimum and have experience within a standalone role within a large organisation and be immediately available and happy to commit to an FTC.
