EA to Executive Directors (ID:4643)
We are currently recruiting for a fantastic Executive
Assistant to join the team for a company based in Birmingham. This is a great opportunity
for someone who wants to further their career as an executive EA, supporting
the COO & CTO, reporting into the EA to CEO and working within a small
close knit team.
Duties will include:
Providing high level EA support to Executive directors alongside
others in the executive support team
Support directors in delivering company strategy
Full diary, travel and inbox management, utilising correspondence
systems and task management
Coordinating and attending meetings, preparing agenda and necessary
documents, taking minutes and following up on action points as required
Produce research reports and analysis using Microsoft
programs
Use Prince II Project methodology to produce project documentation
as required
Take an active interest and involvement in Corporate Social
Responsibility program of the company
Internal & external stakeholder management
The ideal candidate for this role will have prior experience
as an EA at director level, and be comfortable working in a small, collaborative
team. You will have excellent organisational & administrative skills, be
resilient & persistent when necessary and have the ability to build and
maintain positive working relationships across different levels of the business.
This role will be predominantly based from home with around one day a week in the

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, based from home and in their office
in Birmingham approximately 1 day a week, and is paying £22-25k annually.
