We are currently recruiting for a friendly, efficient customer service assistant for a boutique travel company, serving as the first point of contact for partners and providing excellent customer service while maintaining attention to detail within administrative duties. This is the perfect role for a personable, team player who is keen to contribute to a small team and enjoys customer service.

Duties will include:

Providing support via email and phone to clients

Assisting customers with any queries or issues

Processing any necessary refunds or complaints, ensuring the customer experience is positive, regardless of the circumstances

Assisting new clients with their set-up requirements

Assisting with website maintenance and improvement

Administrative duties as required


The perfect candidate will have office-based customer service experience and be computer literate, able to be trained in a new in-house booking system. Customer service will be at the heart of everything you do, with a friendly, positive telephone manner and the ability to use your initiative to problem-solve and suggest ideas for improvement. You will be able to remain calm and polite in difficult situations, and take responsibility for your own workload while contributing to the team as required.
