An amazing organisation based in Birmingham are looking for an individual to come onboard and join their friendly, dynamic team as an Administrative Assistant! This is an extremely exciting progressive opportunity to develop your existing administrative skill set, working within a team that supports their development and always aims to provide a consistently excellent level of service to their clients!

You will be responsible for handling general enquiries and relaying messages, producing and uploading documents and reports to internal systems, scheduling visits and sending confirmations, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, undertaking any additional administrative tasks as part of a team and providing an exceptional level of customer service!

The ideal candidate must have excellent organisation and time-management skills, strong Microsoft Office (particularly Microsoft Excel) and IT skills, and be able to communicate in a friendly, professional manner at all times. Previous experience within a similar role is desired. This is an excellent opportunity for the successful individual to join an incredibly fun, delightful, and supportive team, and potentially undertake further training and rapidly progress within the organisation!
