Graduate-Level Project Coordinator for National Firm (ID:4412)
We are
currently recruiting for a bright, proactive graduate-calibre individual to
join a leading national firm in an ongoing temporary position, supporting with
an IT workplace project and coordinating with the exiting team to ensure all
systems and schedules are followed. This is an ideal position for you develop
your administration experience, with an incredible organisation that may offer
potential long-term opportunities too!
Some
of your daily responsibilities will include:

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
to arrange for the collection and delivery of equipment
·
Working with the team to setup equipment in the
office, preparing for the full return of the workforce to the office space in
the next few months
·
Handling any enquiries and relaying messages to
the relevant individuals able to support with the query
·
Updating the CRM systems and Excel spreadsheets
to track the progress of the project
·
Undertaking any additional administrative duties
when necessary
The
successful candidate must have good communication and time management skills,
the ability to prioritise and balance your workload, and strong IT and
Microsoft Office skills too.
This
is a full-time, ongoing temporary role paying up to £12ph, and previous
experience in an administrative position or professional services environment
is desired.
