Our client, based in Birmingham, is looking for a bright individual to join their successful team.

In this role you'll support the team with client administration so you must have a keen eye for detail and be good with systems.

With training, you'll understand the financial planning process and be able to obtain relevant information from providers. You'll learn how to use client management software and systems in order to prepare client advice reports and ensure the compliance and regulatory aspects of the role.

You'll need:

  • Strong IT skills with the interest in mastering and expanding the usage of back office systems through training
  • Attention to detail and strong time-management skills along with the ability to work quickly and under pressure
  • Willingness to exceed expectations whilst managing different needs and having the desire to get work done
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
