from customer service or hospitality into a professional organisation. This opportunity

and proactive approach to work. You will use this fixed 12-month opportunity to
gain professional services experience, work for a respected and reputable
business and gain significant training in key areas of office support.
The
available vacancy is for a graduate receptionist to manage the front of house
of a business Birmingham city centre professional firm. The successful graduate
will be tasked with offering a warm and informative welcome to both clients and
guest entering the premises. You will also be responsible for managing a busy inbound
telephone, enquiries inbox, managing facility bookings, preparation of meeting packs,
document production and administrative support.
The
ideal applicant will be educated to degree level, be engaging, proactive and
have a positive approach to work. Previous customer service experience will be
