We are promoting an exciting opportunity for a graduate to make the transition from customer service or hospitality into a professional organisation. This opportunity is perfect for a graduate with strong academic background, professional manner and proactive approach to work. You will use this fixed 12-month opportunity to gain professional services experience, work for a respected and reputable business and gain significant training in key areas of office support.  

The available vacancy is for a graduate receptionist to manage the front of house of a business Birmingham city centre professional firm. The successful graduate will be tasked with offering a warm and informative welcome to both clients and guest entering the premises. You will also be responsible for managing a busy inbound telephone, enquiries inbox, managing facility bookings, preparation of meeting packs, document production and administrative support.
