Office Administrator (ID:340)
An incredible company based in Birmingham are looking for an enthusiastic individual to come on board and join them as an office administrator! This is a brilliant opportunity for an individual looking to develop their existing administration skills within a friendly, supportive environment.
Your responsibilities in this role
will include:
- Taking telephone and email
enquiries from new and existing customers
- Meeting and greeting clients and
visitors
- Filing, scanning and processing all
paperwork
- Processing new orders, and
amending existing orders
- Updating client and order
information on systems and databases
- Scheduling external visits and
organising travel/accommodation
- Undertaking any ad-hoc
administration duties
The team are incredibly thorough with their training and are looking for an individual with a proactive nature and excellent organisation skills to join them, providing all-round administrative support and consistently excellent client service!
