We are currently promoting an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, personable and intelligent graduate to join an award-winning recruitment agency. Situated in Birmingham City Centre we specialise in the recruitment of office support staff. We boast an extensive and industry respected training programme to help onboard motivated graduates into one of our successful teams.
New recruits will spend their first 3 months obtaining the necessary office-based experience. This is achieved through our innovative position of ‘operations assistant’. You will be taught how to engage with candidates, clients, stakeholders within the business, and internal teams across our multiple office locations. Following this period, you are provided with the option of joining one of our impressive teams specialising in the following markets: Legal, graduate, media, international and core markets. A clear path of progression is offered within the business with those joining our graduate scheme typically entering leadership positions within 2 years.
We are looking to speak with individuals that have the right mentality. You will be able to work proactively and collaborate within small working teams. You will be resilient, professional and articulate. Previous experience is not a necessity however we do require a strong academic background.
