Business Coordinator with PA Duties for Established Tech Firm (ID:3109)
A leading technology
company based in South Birmingham are looking for an engaging and proactive
individual to come on board as a Business Support Coordinator! This is an
extremely varied role, with the opportunity to take on additional PA
responsibilities and develop your skills and experience, working with an
amazing team of individuals! This organisation is extremely progressive and

the company!
Within this role,
some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Scheduling
meetings and events, preparing agendas and documentation in advance
·
Taking minutes
and following up on actions with the team, ensuring they are completed to meet
deadlines
·
Audio typing
letters, emails and notes, filing documents and processing expenses
·
Supporting with
ongoing projects, ensuring all information is uploaded onto CRM systems, and liaising
with project planners to ensure project plans are up-to-date
·
Providing
all-round client onboarding and customer support alongside the wider team
·
Supporting with
ad-hoc administration tasks, ensuring that all compliance policies and
procedures, as well as health and safety standards are met
You will be
providing all-round business administration support to the team and helping
with the organisation of events, so you must be extremely proactive and be able
to use your initiative to prioritise your workload. Strong organisational
skills and attention is detail is key, as you will be working on multiple projects
at a time, in an exciting, fast-paced environment!
