successful tech business based near Coventry has an exciting
opportunity for a talented organiser and multi-tasker to provide integral
support to their sales team. As an innovative organisation with global reach,
they are looking for an individual who is passionate about client-service and
solving business problems.
The role of Sales & Business Support Coordinator will be multi-faceted.
Supporting the business managers and sales professionals, you will be heavily
involved in sales administration and logistics. You will be responsible for
strategic thinking, complex problem solving and research.
The role will include but will not be limited to:

Organising of meetings, webinars and any
relevant materials.
·
Provision of client information and research to
the managers.
·
Highlighting of any product and client issues to
the sales professionals.
·
Prioritising workload, flagging deadlines and
chasing information.
·
Assisting with events, ensuring productivity is
maximised through effective planning.
·
Production of reports to A track targets and
deadlines.
·
Generation of client leads and contribution to
research projects.
·
Helping the managers and sales professionals to
achieve their goals through marketing and client contact.
·
Utilisation of different CRM databases and
Salesforce to record client progress.
This is a hugely autonomous role, ideal for someone who is
driven by using their intuition. You will be integral in making clients feel
welcome, comfortable and at ease with the organisation. Alongside this, you
will have much to learn about the organisations’ product, giving you ample
opportunity to grow your knowledge and gradually become a 1st class
product specialist!
The successful individual will be skilled at supporting a
team and able to think on their feet. Administrative/team coordination
experience is a must for this role. Any Sales Administration/Support experience
is desirable.
