Project Assistant/PA to Dynamic Director of Multi-service Business (ID:3101)
We are
recruiting for a fantastic Projects Assistant/PA to support a charismatic
director with project management support and some traditional PA duties. This
is a great opportunity for a hardworking, commercially aware candidate with a
proactive attitude, who has PA and administration experience to progress their
career with an exciting company based in the South Midlands, (Near Northampton).
Duties will
include:
Comprehensive
and confidential personal assistance to Operations Director including
assistance with project management
Liaising
with internal and external stakeholders
Assisting
Director & Project Managers with tracking projects and ensuring they stay
on track for completion, including creating and monitoring project
documentation
Proactive
diary and email management, taking responsibility for appointments and meetings
both face to face and via video conference
Attending internal
and external meetings, circulating agendas, preparing documents and updating
& maintaining action logs following meetings
Maintain compliance documentation, liaising with Heads of
Department
National and International travel arrangements
Assisting with major events, working weekends as required
Administration assistance such as annual leave tracking,
producing presentations, documents & reports
First point of contact for telephone correspondence for the
Director, using discretion and judgement to decide on appropriate course of
action
Building and maintaining good relationships with internal
and external stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role,
preferably with some events experience and be a true team player with the
ability to effectively manage your time and prioritise a heavy workload, while
maintaining attention to detail and accuracy. You will be a proactive, lively
personality with strong interpersonal skills and a solution–oriented approach
and ideally have experience with budget management, a project management system
such as Wrike, and Microsoft Office and SharePoint. If this sounds like the role for you then

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, based in their South Midlands
office, near Northampton and is paying £30k annually.
