Graduate Level Administrator for National Financial Services Firm (ID:3038)
An extremely
reputable financial services organisation based in Warwickshire is currently
looking for a driven, dynamic individual with previous administration
experience to join them as an administrator! This is an incredible opportunity
for the successful candidate to get their foot in the door to an amazing
financial services organisation, providing general administrative support to
the team, developing your existing skill set and experience!
Your
daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Allocating and processing data subjects access
requests in a timely manner
·
Liaising with internal departments to obtain
relevant audio/visual files and documents
·
Formatting and editing documents, redacting information,
and combining PDFs
·
Updating CRM databases and systems with changes
to client information
·
Tracking team actions and producing reports on
internal databases and Excel
·
Undertaking any additional administration
responsibilities to support the wider team
The ideal
candidate will be extremely organised and pay strong attention to detail, with
a positive attitude and willingness to learn in a professional services environment.
You must have excellent communication skills and be able to use your initiative
to prioritise your workload in a busy, fast-paced team! Previous experience in an
administrative role and proficiency in MS Office is essential. You must be
educated to degree level, with an interest in legal or financial services.
This
is an ongoing temporary position requiring an immediate start and paying £10ph,
initially for 3 months with potential permanent opportunities available in the
near future. This role will initially be based working from home, and all
onboarding and training will be conducted remotely by the team, with the view
to go back into the office in line with government guidelines.
