Graduate Level Team Assistant for Leading Organisation (ID:3028)
A
leading organisation based in Birmingham city centre are looking for a
proactive, graduate-level individual with previous administration experience to
come onboard as a Team Assistant, supporting the wider team of fee earners and
existing support staff in a varied, challenging role! This is an incredible
opportunity for the successful candidate to develop their experience in a
professional environment, engaging with clients and external stakeholders
regularly, and laying the groundwork for progression into roles with more responsibility!
Some
of your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Managing diaries, scheduling in meetings, and
making travel arrangements
·
Handling telephone and email enquiries, and
passing along messages to relevant individuals
·
Maintaining and updating internal databases with
client information
·
Preparing documents, presentations and reports
for meetings or projects
·
Completing additional ad hoc administrative
duties for the team when required
The
ideal candidate will be extremely organised, be able to manage their time and
workload efficiently, and most importantly be a team player! They are looking
for someone who is open to developing their career within the organisation,
gaining invaluable skills that will support the team with growing business
demands, the implementation of new changes, and continuing to build upon and
maintain relationships with their clients!
This
position is initially a 7 Month FTC paying the pro-rata equivalent of £19-21k
and will be based working remotely. This role offers the opportunity to develop
your skill set and career further, in a progressive, forward-thinking
organisation!
