PA to Chairman and wider Business Support (ID:2956)

fantastic professional services company with offices based in Birmingham City
Centre is looking for a professional PA/ Office Coordinator to join the small team
and get stuck into a busy role. Primarily supporting the Chairman you will be
responsible for supporting in a full 360 capacity, as well as offering ad hoc
support to the other two directors in the office. This business boasts a warm
and inclusive working environment and plenty of autonomy. You will be
responsible for the following tasks:

Extensive and complex diary
management for the Director whilst remaining conscious of changing priorities
and locations
·
Organisation of travel,
accommodation and meetings both internally and externally across multiple
locations
·
Supporting the Chairman with all IT
support
·
Document Production
·
Management of document processes
including expert production of correspondence and reports, as well as accurate
e-filing
·
Meeting and greeting visitors to
the office
·
Managing the switchboard
·
Ensuring all office based systems
are in place in order for the business to run smoothly and to implement
procedural changes where necessary
·
Handling client relationships in a
professional manner at all times including meet and greet
·
Assistance in the eventual office
move
We
are looking for a proactive individual who will be able to apply a methodical
common-sense approach to their work whilst integrating into the team to really
become part of the business. This business boasts a close-knit and family- feel
