We are currently recruiting for a dynamic individual with a proactive attitude, to come onboard in an all-round business support role, providing PA support to the CEO and working with the wider team in a varied, challenging role! This position is for an established tech company based in Birmingham and is an excellent opportunity for any individual looking to develop their existing skill set!

Some of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

·         Diary management, booking travel and accommodation, processing expenses etc.

·         Scheduling meetings and producing reports and presentations in preparation

·         Ad hoc administrative support to the management team

·         Supporting the sales and marketing teams with scheduling meetings and events, updating databases, and working on partnership campaigns

·         Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining relationships with clients

This is a busy role and offers the opportunity to work within multiple areas of the business, whilst simultaneously supporting the executive team. Strong Microsoft Office and IT, excellent attention to detail and good time management skills are crucial. You must be able to communicate in a friendly and professional manner and be able to prioritise your own workload whilst working to support the wider team too.

This is a full-time, permanent position paying between £25-30k annually and is a great opportunity for the right individual to take the next step in their career, within a dynamic, forward-thinking organisation!
