Assistant to CEO with Business Support for Technology Company (ID:2935)
We are currently recruiting for a fantastic assistant to the CEO with business support to join a vibrant tech company based in Birmingham. This will be a varied role, involving some elements of traditional PA duties for the CEO, while also taking on other tasks as required such as sales support and other projects and reports. This is as great opportunity for a graduate level candidate with relevant experience to take the next step in their career, working in a positive, high energy environment.
Duties will include:
Diary and travel management
Attending and organising meetings for weekly, monthly and offsite management meetings
Processing expenses and mileage
Prepare weekly company presentations and board reports
Ad hoc support to management team as required
Support sales and marketing teams & shared service centre with business support tasks
The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, and a willingness to take on any duties as required, you will be proficient in all Microsoft applications, and have experience supporting somebody at an executive level. You will have prior PA/coordination experience within a professional environment and be keen to get stuck in to a new role. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, initially working from home but based in their Birmingham office long term, and is paying £25-30k annually.
