The successful applicant must have:

·         2:1 degree (or equivalent) from a high tariff university

·         Have an enthusiastic, self-motivated and driven approach

·         Be curious, interested in “other” and be keen to learn

This exciting role offers progression in a team setting that is focused, challenging, yet immensely nurturing. The graduate scheme sees successful candidates begin as an Operations Coordinator at the company, initially working for 3 – 6 months in coordination before progressing to a fee earner role. The initial role is client-facing (– though virtually at the moment!) with a vast number of responsibilities, including welcoming candidates and visitors, operating the switchboard, undertaking independent projects at local, national and group level, as well as maintaining an organised and friendly office environment.

From here, there are excellent opportunities to progress to a temporary or permanent desk as a recruitment consultant. The team structure allows for key 1:1 mentoring as well as being part of wider team and divisional set-up. There are no industry or location sector limitations and it means our consultants become experts in the area of support staff recruitment across all sectors in the region. Consequently our knowledge and thought leadership are sort after by our clients in businesses looking for competitive advantage in a key market area. The starting salary is £18,000 per annum, however with a clear and achievable commission structure in place, there fantastic earning potential which sits entirely in your hands! Every trainee in the last 10 years to have joined my division has earned at least £28,000 in the first year with some topping £34,000.
