Travel Customer Service Administrator for High End Brand (ID:2732)
A unique and forward thinking organisation are seeking a proactive and personable Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis paying £20K. This is a truly exciting opportunity for someone with prior office based experience/ customer service experience to provide the best quality customer journey for every person that contacts! Due to the nature of the business, the hours of work may include weekend working (Saturday and Sunday’s) with the hours of work being 9am until 6pm and it will work on a rota basis with time given off for weekend work.
This role is great for someone that wants to get stuck in and be a part of a small but well drilled team who all muck in! joining the office of 4 other people, you will be responsible for handling approximately 30-40 calls a day where you manage all queries, complaints and utilise in house booking and CRM systems to log conversations and help the customer. Further to this, you will be responsible for supporting businesses that utilise the company in their business needs. Consequently you MUST have prior call centre/ phone based experience in a busy environment.
Within this company you will gain exposure to the CEO who is fully supportive of any ideas you may have no matter how big or small! You must be prepared to get stuck in with everything in the office including all round office admin, marketing, IT and even emptying the dishwasher!
